Am I guaranteed a prescription / treatment plan?

No – if the practitioner determines that you're not a suitable candidate, a treatment plan won't be formulated for you.

What is Revyve?

Revyve serves as a telehealth platform linking individuals to Australian GPs and pharmacies with the goal fighting hair loss all together in the most effective and efficient way.

What treatments are available through Revyve?

In compliance with Australian regulations, we are unable to mention specific treatments until you've had an online consultation with a practitioner. This ensures that a qualified professional can present all available options before you decide. Don't hesitate to inquire about your treatment choices from the assigned Revyve practitioner – their role is to assist you with any queries you have!

Am I locked into accepting what the doctor gives me? 

Absolutely not. You can request a review by contacting our medical team at contact@revyvehair.com 

How quickly can I speak to a practitioner?

You will hear back from a Dr within 24 hours, either through Email or text 

How much does it cost?

The hair loss treatment is roughly $1.60 per day or $48 a month for a gold standard hair loss solution. 

Can I claim on Medicare?

Unfortunately, Medicare benefits are not claimable for any treatment program that Revyve provides. 

How do I place an order? 

Prior to placing an order at a pharmacy, you must complete an online assessment form. Thereafter, a practitioner will review your form and develop a treatment plan based on the information provided.

Orders / Treatment Plans

How long are treatment plans / repeats valid? 

Treatment plans are valid for 1 year, from the moment you are prescribed the medication from your Dr.

Can my dosage be increased? 

Your Dr will need to decide if that is ok. Please message us at contact@revyvehair.com and we will notify your Dr to have another consultation with you. 

Where can I learn about the side effect risks? 

After your doctor consultation, you will be informed of the potential risks of your treatment plan before you purchase.

What should I do if I’m experiencing a side effect? 

In case of a medical emergency, please reach out to your local emergency services. For Australia, dial 000.

If you suspect a medication side effect, discontinue use and get in touch with your GP. Also, contact our customer support team at contact@revyvehair.com. We will inform the prescribing practitioner and assist with recommended steps.

What if I need to pause or cancel my treatment plan? 

Revyve has no lock in contracts. You can pause or cancel at anytime. Just send us an email at contact@revyvehair.com and our team will have that organised.

What problem does Revyve solve? 

Revyve was developed in recognition of the challenges Australian men face in accessing medical care for hair loss. 

Issues like stigma, embarrassment, limited local doctors, or time constraints can make visiting a GP a hassle.

Through Revyve, you can conveniently connect online with certified practitioners throughout Australia. This way, you can undergo assessments and openly discuss any hair loss concerns you may have. 

Where are the practitioners based? 

All our Doctors are Australian based. We do not use Doctors in other countries. 

What pharmacies do we work with?

Revyve collaborates with an expanding network of independent pharmacies across Australia. They ensure you receive your treatment plan along with crucial usage and safety details.

Why can’t we mention any medication names?

We are unable to mention specific treatments under Australian law until you've had an online consultation with a practitioner. This approach ensures that a qualified professional discusses all available options with you before you finalize your decision.

What happens to my data? 

At Revyve we take your data security very seriously. All of your data is completely encrypted. Only practitioners and our authorised staff will have access to view your medical records. Data can be stored on third party servers, but it’s always encrypted.

Payment/ refunds

Is Revyve a subscription service?

We have automatic billing and shipping schedules by-default, but you can pause or cancel at anytime. Just send us an email at contact@revyvehair.com

What payment methods are accepted?

We support all Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards

What charges on my bank statement will I see? 

The charge on your bank statement will be “Revyve Hair Pty Ltd”

What is Revyves return policy? 

Unfortunately, we not accept returns. Our pharmacies follow strict medical guidelines regarding the storage of the medication and so we cannot confirm that the medication has been opened or tampered with upon return

How long does it take to receive package?

In most cases, from the moment you have received confirmation of your order to the moment it arrives at your door, this is usually within 1 week but may take up to 10 days.
